On my recent visit to Gigi's, she mentioned that many people are having her apply "professional quality, silverstone to their Chambers griddles. I neglected to ask her how much that would cost. I imagine, given her prices for reporcelain services, it would be quite reasonable.
I want to actually USE my griddle before I make that decision. I am SO ready to get my beast into the kitchen!
